Editors
Editors are employed by a number of organizations. Magazines, newspapers, newsletters, Web sites, blog sites and publishers all employ editors. Editors are in charge or making sure that material that is published is free of grammatical errors, formatting errors, factual mistakes and typographical errors.
Newspaper Editors
Newspaper editors are typically assigned to specific departments within the paper. There are Sports editors, society editors and even classified editors. Each editor is responsible for ensuring that their department's articles are laid out properly and that they are free of errors.
